The building integrates the dual-brand format into a cohesive architectural design that supports efficient drive-thru and in-store operations while maintaining strong brand visibility for both Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins. Contemporary exterior materials, clean architectural lines, and expansive storefront glazing create a modern retail presence that complements the surrounding commercial development.
